At Picsly, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@picsly.com with your transaction details. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method (Razorpay).

4. Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payments for the same service, the extra amount will be refunded to the source account without any deductions within 7-10 working days.
